How a French factory succeeded in becoming leader in China in silicone kitchenware?

We would like to thank Mr. Jean-Charles Viancin, founder and CEO of Easy Factory, for opening his doors to the members of the CCIFC and for personally presenting his factory to us.

Easy Factory ranks among the world's largest manufacturers of kitchenware, bakeware, kitchen tools, ice craft and cosmetic products.
The company is fully invested by French capital, established in Hong Kong in 2011, with two WFOEs in Dongguan, China.
Easy Factory works exclusively with partners widely recognized in each continent and with famous brands. They base their strategy on a handful of partners for high end market.

除了采购原材料外,易工厂还负责从生产模具前端到结束的整个过程,将硅胶压缩成成品,注塑,焊接,烘烤、质量控制,组装和运输。
控制整个生产线可以确保质量和在出现缺陷时的责任。
Apart from the raw materials that are purchased, Easy Factory takes care of the whole process from A to Z, from the production of the molds, the compression of the silicone into the finished product, the plastic injection, the quality control, the assembly and the shipment.
Controlling the entire chain ensures quality and liability in case of defects.

Easy Factory相信尊重人的价值高于一切,从客户管理、产品开发一直到大规模生产,人是我们运营的核心,确保高质量的产品和准时交货Easy Factory很注重员工的福利待遇。薪资待遇是东莞市法定薪金工资的两倍。车间和房间都配了空调,给员工提供舒适的办公环境。在炎热的广东,夏天如果没有空调,湿度达到80%,很难忍受潮湿和炎热。
减少质量问题可以将收益转为更高的工资。
Easy Factory is concerned about the well-being of its operators. The salary of an operator is double the legal minimum in Dongguan. The workshops and rooms are all equipped with air conditioning. In the south of China in Guangdong, the humidity and heat are very difficult to bear without air conditioning with a humidity level of 80%.
Reducing the quality problems allows to transfer the gains into higher wages.
Easy Factory每年出口480个集装箱,随着海运价格的上涨,现在物流占单位成本的25%至33%!这是很重要的。
博洛雷物流公司向我们提出了他们的预测,而未来看起来非常不确定。再过6个月,我们不会看到恢复到科威德之前的正常状态。
今天,一个集装箱从中国到旧金山的价格约为3万美元,这是前苏联的10倍。
Easy factory exports 480 containers per year, with the increase in the price of maritime freight, the logistics weighs today between 25% and 33% of the unit cost!
Bolloré Logistics presented us with their prediction, and the future looks very uncertain. We won't see a return to pre-covid normality before 6 months.
A container today from China to San Francisco costs about 30.000 USD, which is 10 times more than pre-covid!

Easy Factory通过为中国消费者开发其中国品牌Esy来减少对出口的依赖。
在超过一百万欧元的营销投资下,Esy将在中国的社交网络,如抖音和小红书,以独家烹饪食谱教育市场,并强调其厨具的质量和安全。
Easy Factory reduces its dependence on exports by developing its Chinese brand Esy for Chinese consumers.
With more than a million euros of marketing investment, Esy is about to hit Chinese social networks like TikTok and Little Red Book to educate the market with exclusive culinary recipes and highlight the quality and safety of their kitchenware.

在工厂里只呆了几个小时,我们可以看到,5S得到了尊重,操作人员都面带微笑。
我们在展示厅的参观中,以享受美食和一些红酒结束。
我们要感谢首席执行官Viancin先生、生产经理、人力资源经理和市场经理,他们在整个参观过程中付出了时间并陪同我们。

Having spent only a few hours in the factory, we can observe that the 5S was respected and the operators were smiling.
We concluded this visit in the showroom with finger food and some red wine.
We thank the CEO Mr. Viancin, the production manager, the HR manager and the marketing manager who gave their time and accompanied us throughout this tour.
