Requirements
Exceptional leader and sales coach with a focus on strong sales skills and the ability to form and develop high level relationships with customers.
7+ Years in Industry Sales Roles. Global Accounts with DSP/driver/TIA working experience preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.
Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account.
Superior Retention / Development / Acquisition skills.
Excellent Presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of and established relationships with Global accounts in the territory preferred.
BA/BS degree.
Deep understanding of optical module market.
Fluency in English, with strong speaking and writing skills.
