TEEPTRAK solutions collect data related to performance and provide information to improve it. Several solutions have been developed.

PerfTrak monitors machine performance by retrieving real-time operating data, then identifies the origins of the loss, and reduces downtime.

PaceTrak monitors the performance of manual tasks, allowing operations teams to easily identify deviations from standard execution times.

Your latest solution is called ProcessTrak. What does it consist of and why should a manufacturer use it?

ProcessTrak provides manufacturers with the ability to monitor process values (pressure, temperature, humidity, weight, cycle time, raw material content, etc.), environmental variables and machine parameters.

It also allows to correlate these data with those of other TEEPTRAK tools (performance and quality for example), through artificial intelligence.
The solution can retrieve this data manually, analogically (4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-24V) or, eventually, via the OPC UA protocol.
From this data, an artificial intelligence-based algorithm will be able to determine the optimal settings for the machine to operate on.
