投资者警示：警惕冒用景顺名义违法活动

近期，景顺纵横投资管理(上海)有限公司（“本公司”）注意到有网站、应用程序正在非法使用景顺的名称、商标及标识向投资者进行不法活动。

为避免广大投资者合法权益受损，本公司谨在此提醒投资者，这些网站及应用程序是仿冒的并且与景顺无关。任何未经本公司授权使用景顺名称、商标和标识的行为均构成侵犯知识产权。本公司已经将事件报告给相关执法机关及监管机构，并保留对任何侵犯本公司知识产权，或冒用景顺名称或商标从事非法活动的机构或人员追究法律责任的权利。投资者如发现有任何冒用景顺名义的不法行为，请立即向有关部门举报。

Recently, Invesco Investment Management (Shanghai) Limited (the “Company”) noticed that some websites/applications s are using Invesco name, logo and brand illegally to conduct unlawful activities. 

To avoid damage to the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Company hereby alerts investors that these websites and applications are counterfeited and unaffiliated with Invesco.  Any unauthorized use of Invesco name, logo and branding constitutes intellectual property rights infringement.  The Company has already reported the matter to the relevant authorities, and reserves the right to take legal action against any party infringing on our intellectual property rights and/or associate Invesco with any unlawful activity. Please report any illegal activities in the name of Invesco to relevant authorities.

The Company reminds our clients to engage with Invesco only through your dedicated representative or visit the Company’s official WeChat account (WeChat ID: Invesco_China) for information concerning Invesco and our market views.
