If you’re involved in an accident
Step 1. Call us first on 1300 872 549 at any time of the day or night. We’ll arrange for a tow truck to come immediately to collect you and your vehicle, and we’ll usually be with you within 30 minutes.
Step 2. Relax in our café while you begin your insurance claim. Meanwhile, we’ll arrange a courtesy car, typically the same brand or model, and begin a thorough damage assessment.
Step 3. Once you’ve lodged your claim, we’ll liaise with the assessor onsite or online, so your repair can be taken care of as quickly as possible. We have established relationships with all leading insurers, including Allianz, NRMA and GIO.
Step 4. We’ll keep you updated, and advise you so you can make the best decisions about your repair.
