客厅设计采用奢石，灯光错落，内嵌做旧金属板，形成会客厅。
内嵌壁炉，搭配做旧挂画，营造温暖惬意氛围。
洗衣机、烘干机内嵌，加手洗台，使用方便。

主卧空间，主卧开阔，采光好，有大套间、衣柜收纳空间和衣柜设计，从功能区来说，这是一个大套间，有南向的就近区、衣帽间和卫生间。

主卧主卫空间，包括水盆与收纳、浴缸、马桶区与淋浴区、隐藏式地漏等设计。
卫生间水盆与收纳设计，双洗手盆内嵌隐藏式水龙头，两侧镜子与洗手盆呼应，增加收纳格。
卫生间浴缸设计，采用裸缸，底部留下水和独立花酒，后期可随时拿掉。

老人房空间，户型设计合理，增加收纳空间，东墙硬包，床体灯光设计巧妙，保留卫生间，私密性好。
