本案位于凤栖壹号院，是一套叠拼别墅。设计师以“轻于形，奢于质”为核心理念，摒弃了繁琐的浮夸装饰，通过珍贵石材、天然木饰与金属元素的精妙配比，为这个三代同堂/精英家庭打造了一处既能承载家族欢聚，又能安放独处灵魂的意式美学大宅。

设计师利用黑白根大理石与古铜色金属的穿插，打造出极具建筑感的端景。转角处的玩偶艺术品，以幽默的姿态打破空间的静谧，仿佛在轻声迎接主人的归来。

穿过玄关，开间的横厅豁然开朗。空间采用无主灯设计，通过线型灯与磁吸轨道灯勾勒出顶面的建筑感。地面通铺希腊灰的大理石瓷砖，采用密缝连纹铺贴工艺，让石材的纹理如行云流水般自然延伸，在视觉上将客厅、餐厅与西厨融为一体。

电视背景墙选用通高的奢石，天然的纹理如同一幅水墨画，两侧辅以嵌有金属壁龛的墙面，在暖色灯带的映照下，材质碰撞出意式独有的克制与奢华。深色磨砂皮沙发与绒面单椅围合出舒适的社交区域，落地窗将庭院景观与天光引入室内，真正实现了“居住于自然”的意式生活理念。

拾级而上，步入二层的休憩空间。主卧套房以柔和的米白与浅木色为基调，背景墙采用纺织面料的硬包与木格栅拼接，触感温润，营造出静谧的睡眠氛围。地面铺陈的实木地板/木纹砖，以其天然的纹理与温度，延续了意式风格对自然的尊重。独立的步入式衣帽间搭配玻璃柜门与内嵌灯光，让每一次更衣都充满仪式感。主卫墙地面通铺鱼肚白大理石，双台盆设计与独立浴缸，将酒店式的奢享体验引入日常。
