Britney Pai, the Head of Entertainment for Greater North Asia at dentsu, has been appointed as a Jury member for the Entertainment Jury at Dubai Lynx 2025.
Working together with senior industry leaders from 28 markets globally, Britney will celebrate the creative excellence shaping MENA and will set benchmarks for creativity in the region.
At the same moment, the Effie Awards Greater China, associated with the Cannes Lions division and the Dubai Lynx, has announced that submissions for 2025 are now open.

The Effie Sports & Lifestyle Awards (SLA) is designed to celebrate campaigns that highlight innovative practices and reflect values of sportsmanship and branding through the fusion of sports and various creative elements, including those relevant to outdoor and sports lifestyles.
As the Head of Entertainment in Greater North Asia, Britney Pai focuses on harnessing and reshaping dentsu’s ingrained sprots and entertainment legacy into a dynamic driver for businesses and brand growth in the region. Using dentsu’s distinct approach and connections in the sports and entertainment sector to facilitate brand interactions within global sports and entertainment ecosystems, crafting a one-of-a-kind brand narrative space and experience through a fusion of creativity, technology, and data-driven insights.
Before transitioning to the GNA role, Britney was the Chief Growth Officer for Dentsu Creative in China, where she designed a growth strategy that was locally focused and globally inclusive. She took the initiative in establishing distinct competencies and growth engines for the local team, such as Entertainment & Sports Creative and Wellness marketing. Britney leads a team that focuses on business growth and marketing communications, working with client service teams and partners across locations to meet business goals and earn reputation accolades for clients and dentsu.
