Spikes Asia today unveiled its 2026 jury lineup, naming Britney Pai, Head of Entertainment, dentsu Greater North Asia, as Jury President for the Entertainment, Gaming, Music category.
Following the online preliminary round, Britney Pai will travel to Singapore in March to bring together and chair a panel of APAC leaders in entertainment, gaming and music in shortlisting the winners. She will also join fellow jurors across all categories at the awards ceremony to celebrate the winners.
On her appointment, Britney said: “Mastery comes from focus and practice. As Head of Entertainment for Greater North Asia, Britney transforms dentsu’s entertainment legacy into a strategic growth engine across the region. She leads the dentsu Sports & Entertainment GNA team, leveraging industry relationships and an integrated approach to craft distinctive brand narratives and immersive experiences at the intersection of creativity, technology, and data.
To help brands deliver tailored, integrated entertainment strategies, Britney and the dentsu Sports & Entertainment GNA team launched the dentsu Entertainment Playbook. The framework presents six core brand‑entertainment solutions and an all‑in‑one toolkit covering task prioritization, an IP‑screening engine, creative enablement and project management.
Recently, they published dentsu Sports & Entertainment Trends 2025: China Focus, a report mapping the forces shaping China’s entertainment landscape and guiding brands on building content ecosystems that foster authentic audience connections.
Before taking on the GNA role, Britney was Chief Growth Officer at Dentsu Creative China, where she developed locally rooted, globally connected growth strategies. She built new capabilities — such as Entertainment & Sports Creative and Wellness Marketing — and led growth and communications teams to drive business and earn recognition for clients and dentsu.
