自2016年起，前海蛇口自贸片区管委会承接“外籍及港澳台高层次人才认定”服务事项。经前海推荐的外籍高层次人才可走高层次人才绿色通道申办中国永久居留。外籍人才获得“永久居留身份证”后可以在教育、医疗、交通、住宿等事务时享有相应的公共服务和待遇，进一步便利了外籍人才在前海工作、生活、学习。

Foreign high-level talents recommended by Qianhai can apply for Chinese permanent residence through the green channel for high-level talents.
