3、2、1，新篇章开启！

中环股份与Total Solar International SAS（以下简称“道达尔（Total）”）展开合作，道达尔（Total）将其控股的SunPower Corporation在美国和加拿大之外的全球太阳能电池与组件业务分拆到在新加坡注册成立的MAXEON SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES,PTE.LTD.（以下简称“目标公司”），中环股份认购目标公司增发的股本，认购后中环股份对目标公司持股比例为28.8480%。

目前，目标公司已满足惯例先决条件并完成分拆，中环股份向目标公司注资并签署股东协议，目标公司股票（MAXN)已经于纽约时间8月27日在纳斯达克（NASDAQ）上市。

北京时间8月25日举行的纪念仪式上，SunPower CEO Tom Werner发表了热忱、恳切的讲话：

We found a fantastic partner with visionary. At the time multi-crystalline ingot was competing the mono-crystalline. DW in production requires the company with vision and beliefs in the technologies. That company is TZS. So we wonder partnership work and here we are 3100 days later, we can make that partnership come to its complete for vision. And we see incredible future. Such that Maxeon will be the world leader in its endeavors. We should all smile. This is just beginning something incredible……That's quite impressive.
