The 2025 BATTERY JAPAN was held from February 19th to 21st at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan. Shangshui concluded a successful showcase at BATTERY JAPAN!
展会现场，除了可适配实验室研究或小规模生产使用的实验型智能装备，尚水智能还展示了“混合—纤维化—自支撑膜收卷—辊压覆膜”干法电极技术路线。
At the exhibition，in addition to experimental intelligent equipment suitable for laboratory research or small-scale production, Shangshui also showcased the dry electrode technology route of "mixing—fiberization—self-supporting film winding—rolling and laminating."
其中，为实现粉料的均匀混合与包覆，尚水智能推出的双传动包覆机等设备可实现低温高线速混合；采用双螺杆等对材料进行剪切的双螺杆挤出机可均匀稳定控制PTFE纤维化；集多种功能于一体的多级辊压覆膜一体机可实现自支撑膜成型收卷、单面或双面覆膜以及双面极片压实等功能。
Among them, to achieve uniform mixing and coating of powders, equipment such as the Dual-drive Coating Machine launched by Shangshui enables low-temperature and high-speed mixing. The Twin-screw Extruder, which utilizes twin-screw mechanisms and other materials for shearing, ensures uniform and stable control of PTFE fibrillation. Additionally, the Multi-stage Calendering & Laminating Integrated Machine, which integrates multiple functions, facilitates self-supporting film forming and winding, single-sided or double-sided laminating, and double-sided electrode compaction.
