Tips of Visa policy in China

Today, we'll give some tips of Visa policy in China to foreign students and international students and hope it 's helpful to you.

1. Attention to the expired date on the visa；

To some foreign students who study in China, your study visa or the residence permit probably is expiring or has been expired.

Why?

Your visa expired date actually is based on your term time or the period time in the educational institution .As the Chinese New Year is coming soon, your term time or school year will be end and your visa or the residence permit probably has been expired. Please pay attention to the expiring time to extend and renew the visa on time.

2. Focus on the office hours of the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen(The Visa and Immigration office);

The Chinese New Year holidays period：from 4th Feb to 10th Feb;

In these days, the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen will be closed;

Do not worry! The Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen still open in this week-end(2nd Feb and 3rd Feb).

If you find the visa will be expiring during the Chinese New Year holidays, you'd better extend or renew your visa before the 3rd Feb, or you need to pay the forfeit.

3. Travel in China without passport;

If the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen issues your visa and give back your passport after the Chinese New Year holidays, but you really want to travel in China during the period without the passport and how to solve this?

Do you remember while you are applying the new visa, you are given a receipt from the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen?

Take the receipt to go to the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen and talk to them your travel plan and they will make official chop on the receipt.

You can use the receipt with the chop to travel in China .

 If you are looking for the intern opportunities;

Foreign interns who study at overseas universities and want to practice at the company which is enrolled at the Qianhai Free Trade Zone can get S2 visa, as following :

A. At the Chinese border, the Chinese immigration inspection issue the S2 visa to them;

Document and certification which need to be prepared as below:

(1)Completing and fill <The Foreigner Visa Application Form>;

(2)Passport or other travel documents;

(3)One Your formal photo;

(4)The official document which can prove that you are studying overseas universities now;

(5)The invitation letter and internship program which is issued by the company of the Qianhai Free Trade Zone and can introduce detail ;

(6)Document and certification which is issued by The Authority of Qianhai Free Trade Zone;

(7)The other document which the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen need;

Issuing Period:At once;

Attention:

(1)You must apply it by yourself and provide these documents when you arrive at the Chinese border;

(2)If you forget to take your documents ,the company which invite you, must finish registration at the Chinese immigration inspection;

(3)The foreign language document and certification need to be translated by professional translation company in Chinese.

In the China, the Exit-Entry Administration Department issue the S2 visa to them;

Document and certification ,which need be prepared as below:

(1)Completing and fill <The Foreigner Visa Application Form>;

(2)Passport or other travel documents;

(3)One Your formal photo;

(4)<Registration Form of Foreigner Temporary Residence>;

(5)The official document which can prove that you are studying overseas universities now;

(6)The invitation letter and internship program which is issued by the company of Qianhai Free Trade Zone and can introduce the detail ;

(7)Document and certification which is issued by Administrative Committee f Qianhai Free Trade Zone;

(8)The other document requested and required by the Authority.;

Issuing Period:7 working days;

Attention:

(1)The company which is running at Qianhai Free Trade Zone must finish registration at the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen;

(2)About the document and certification, show the original and provide the copy

(3)The foreign language document and certification need to be translated by professional translation company in Chinese.

The policy is below to the foreign students who would like to set up the startup business in Guangdong province:

Applying aim person: Willing to become a MAK-ER and graduated from the Chinese college or university(including: Hong Kong and Macao) who can apply The Residence Permit for personal affairs or job.

 Applying The Residence Permit for personal affairs

Document and certification ,which need be prepared as below:

(1)Completing and fill <The Foreigner Visa Application Form>;

(2)Passport or other travel documents;

(3)One Your formal photo;

(4)<Registration Form of Foreigner Temporary Residence>;

(5)The diploma of the China's colleges and universities(including: Hong Kong and Macao);

(6)The MAK-ER plan or the A plan for founding a new company;

(7)If you hold the other visa and enter China，you have to provide Health Certificate which is issued by Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau ;

(8) The other document requested and required by the Authority.

Issuing Period:7 working days;

Attention:

(1)About the document and certification, show the original and provide the copy

(2)The foreign language document and certification need to be translated by professional translation company in Chinese.

Applying The Residence Permit for job.

Document and certification ,which need be prepared by you:

(1)Completing and fill <The Foreigner Visa Application Form>;

(2)Passport or other travel documents;

(3)One Your formal photo;

(4)<Registration Form of Foreigner Temporary Residence>;

(5)Foreign Expert Certificate or Foreigner's Working Permit or Chinese offshore oil operations Permit;

(6)The Invitation letter which is issued by the company ;

(7) The other document requested and required by the Authority.

Issuing Period:7 working days;

Attention:

(1)The company which is running in Shenzhen must finish registration at the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Shenzhen;

(2)About the document and certification, show the original and provide the copy

(3)the foreign language document and certification need to be translated by professional translation company in Chinese.
