继去年GQY视讯-以 580万购买老板娘二手劳斯莱斯幻影后，中超电缆刚发公告说要以1.04亿元买28把顾景舟紫砂壶，直接就把我的小见识拍在了沙滩上。
理由都太过高尚。GQY视讯说“有助于提升公司形象，实现公司的战略发展规划”；中超电缆说“适应公司业务发展需要，增强公司竞争能力”。
由28紫砂壶引发的不少媒体人大吐槽，我其实并不苟同，有一种说法是，在宜兴人心中，紫砂壶相当于硬通货，我信！再看中超电缆的毛利率排行，紫砂壶及配件的毛利率为25.38%，仅次于电缆接头的36.25%。那谁那谁，快涨点姿势吧！

但是！！如果这样你就觉得人生欢乐了，那我只能说你没见过岛国的。岛国的才是用绳命在颠覆，在翻滚，在碾压。（我说的是上市公司公告，你在想啥）。

提案原因：公司现在处在破产边缘。换句话说，是时候蹲起（脚踏实地..）了。如果公司只推广虚头巴脑的措施（如鼓励销售人员说话用喊的...）必然会破产，但如果员工天天跨蹲日式蹲坑强健下体，公司再破产只能说自认倒霉了。

翻译过来就是：股东提案2-19全由一位股东提出，这货总共提了100个提案，都是诸如“把公司名称改为蔬菜控股”之类。其中只有2-19提案符合发布要求。
