Almost everywhere we turn, trust is on the decline. It is important that you, as a leader, create a trustful and healthy environment for your employees to grow and achieve greater things. Follow the 6 tips below that effective managers do to earn trust.

1. 建立融洽的关系 Build Rapport






建立融洽关系并非易事。它要求你成为一个杰出的倾听者(不仅仅是好的聆听者)。善于倾听的管理者写下准确的记录,快速地跟进,并尽责地主动处理你眼前的需求和要求,助你达成更多的成就。

Building rapport is no easy task.  It requires you to be a great listener (not just a good one).   Managers who are listening take good notes, are quick to follow through, and are responsible enough to proactively address your immediate needs and requirements to help you be more successful.

2. 有勇气 Have Courage






那些不坚持己见的领导者很难被尊重和信任。当领导者缺乏勇气去发挥他们的全部潜能和他人的潜能时,员工很难去信任他们的判断力、自信、自我意识和整体能力。

Leaders that don’t stand up for what they believe in are difficult to respect and trust.  When leaders lack the courage to enable their full potential and that of others, it becomes a challenge to trust their judgment, self-confidence, self-awareness and overall capabilities.

3. 去掉幕后的动机 Lose the Hidden Agendas






领导者必须小心别让员工认为你有背后的动机。最有效的管理者总是跟进,忠于他们的话,有一个良好的记录,并有把事情做好的声誉。员工希望他们的领导者都致力于团队的发展。

Leaders must be careful not to give their employees the impression of orchestrating hidden agendas. The most effective managers always follow-up, are true to their word, have a proven track record, and have a reputation of getting things done. They want to believe that their leaders are focused on the betterment of the team.

4. 为他人着想 Be Other-Directed






当领导们只关注自己,缺乏对员工的提升作出承诺时,员工士气便会很低落。好的领导者都是好的教练并不断寻找让自我目标和公司目标一致的途径,才能促使每个人成长和发展。

When leaders are only looking out for themselves and lack any sense of commitment to the advancement of their employees, employees shut down. Great leaders are great coaches and are looking for ways to align their goals and the goals of the company so everyone grows and prospers.

5. 要行为一致 Be Consistent in Behavior






人们更倾向于信任那些行为一致的人 - 不是他们的决定,是他们的行为。做法和意向一致的领导人都值得信赖。

People are more inclined to trust those who are consistent with their behavior – not their decisions, their behavior.  Leaders who are consistent with their approach and intentions are those who can be trusted.

6. 要有感恩的心 Work with a Grateful Purpose






当领导者不是真心的对待别人,他们不会对员工的努力表示感激。当领导者总是试图耗尽员工的最后一分力量,很难相信他们有更高效率、更多资源和更紧密合作的意向。领导者必须对员工更为感激,更多注重他们的付出。

When leaders do not have others’ best interests at heart, they will not be grateful for the performance efforts of their employees. When they are always attempting to squeeze every bit of effort they can out of someone, it’s difficult to trust that they have intentions to be more efficient, resourceful and collaborative. Leaders must be more appreciative of their employees and more mindful of their endeavors.









欠缺信任,就不能成为非凡的领导者!

One cannot be a great leader without trust!
