领导者说人们通过你的言行来判断你。作为一个领导者,下面是优秀的领导者每天都应该脱口而出的八句话。People judge you by what you do - and by what you say. As a leader, here are 8 phrases that should roll off your lips every single day.

“计划是这样的。”

"Here is the plan."




领导者应该领导。人们会提供很好的建议,但你需要做出决定并支持它们。你的团队需要知道你的目的是什么,以及如何去实现。


A leader is supposed to lead. People will offer great suggestions, but you need to be able to make decisions and stand behind them. Your team needs to know where you're trying to take them, and how.

“你需要什么?”

"What do you need?"


这一点至关重要,原因有二。首先,人们需要知道你在个人和职业层面关心他们,你希望他们成功。第二,如果你制定了一个很好的计划,你需要最大限度地利用每个人的能力。如果他们不能全力以赴,你想知道为什么。


This is crucial for two reasons. First, people need to know that you care about them on personal and professional levels, and that you want them to succeed. Second, if you've put together a great plan, you need to leverage every person's abilities to the maximum extent possible. If they are not able to give it their all, you want to know why.

“告诉我更多。”

"Tell me more."


让别人知道你对找到好答案比听自己说话更感兴趣。这是一个很好的方法来征求意见和见解。


Let people know you're more interested in finding good answers than hearing yourself speak. This is a great method to invite ideas and insights.

“记得我们的价值观。”

"Remember our values."


你不可能盯着每个人做影响组织的决策,但是你可以提醒他们如何做决定。提醒人们公司的价值观需要你真正地表达出来。


You can't possibly stare over the shoulder of every person making decisions that affect your organization, but you can remind them how to make choices. Reminding people of company’s values requires you to actually articulate them.

“我信任你。”

"I trust you."


如果你不能信任你团队中的人,那么他们就不应该在你的团队中。你需要相信他们操守、判断力、自信和激情,你需要确保他们明白你有多依赖他们。


If you can't trust the people on your team, then they shouldn't be on your team. You need to trust their integrity, their judgment, their confidence and their passion - and you need to ensure that they understand how much you depend on them.

“你们可以依赖我。”

"You can count on me."


上面一点的另一面也是正确的。如果你的团队不能信任你,他们就不应该让你来领导他们。所以,告诉他们你支持他们,然后拼命工作来履行你的承诺。


The flip side of that last point is true as well. If your team can't trust you, they shouldn't do you the great honor of letting you lead them. So tell them you've got their back, and then work like hell to fulfil the promises you make.

“我们可以做的更好。”

"We can do better."


领导能力中最难、最关键的部分之一就是把团队推向比他们自己设定的更高的标准。当他们做得好时表扬他们;当他们没有发挥潜力时鼓励他们。


One of the toughest, most crucial parts of leadership is to push your team to a higher standard than they might set for themselves. Praise them when they do well; encourage them when they don’t live up to their potential.

“让我们一起庆祝!”

"Let's celebrate!"


要习惯庆祝胜利,无论大小。这可能意味着盛大的聚会和奖金,或者只是简单地祝贺他们的出色工作。


Make it a practice to celebrate your wins, both large and small. This can mean big parties and bonuses, or just simply congratulate them for their great work.


领导技能是人们领导项目、鼓励主动性、

建立共同目标意识和授权他人的能力。
