上海海运仓储有限公司是上海海运（集团）公司全资直属企业，位于中国上海浦东新区外高桥长江南岸，距离吴淞口10千米。公司利用联合国全球环保基金组织赠款、世界银行的贷款和国内资金建成，总投资人民币2亿人民币，于1997年建成投产，经上海口岸管理委员会批准为对外开放码头。
Shanghai Shipping Tank Terminal CO.,LTD is the direct subsidiary company ofthe Shanghai Shipping Co, which is located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai and on the South Bank of Yangtze river. It is 10Km away from Wusong. The company’s total investment is 200million yuan ,Which is founded by the grant of the United Nations GlobalEnvironmental Protection Fund, the credit of the World Bank and the societygathers and it was completed in 1997.It is the open jetty approved by ShanghaiPort Management Committee.

原380米码头于2012年进行了扩建，现有8万吨级码头1座，全长430米，水深9米，可同时满足2艘3万吨级满舱船舶靠泊。
Thejetty was widened to 430 meters in 2012. The present scale is that the 8000 DWTwharf berth can have two 30,000-ton general cargos vessel alongside at the sametime as well as its supporting facilities.
