屋主暂无增添家庭成员之计画，希望客餐厅更为通透宽敞，无论视讯会议或亲友聚会，皆能进退有度。我们将 3 房改为 2 房，放大餐厅空间，便于提昇餐桌量体，并增加投影设备。原始封闭厨房调整为开放式，延展厨房檯面形成轻食吧台，丰厚机能需求。
