2020金佛山·绳命LifeLine 绳索救援交流赛事规程

  绳命LifeLine国际绳索救援邀请赛是基于提升我国城市救援、山地救援以及高空工程双绳技术的运用而举办，是国内首个以公益为目的，集专业性、教育性为一体的国际技术交流赛事，旨在为国际、国内救援队提供一个交流与学习的高水平救援技术平台。

Lifeline International rope rescue Invitational Competition is based on the promotion of the application of double rope technology in urban rescue, mountain rescue and high-altitude engineering in China. It is the first international technical exchange competition with the purpose of public welfare and integrating professionalism and education. It aims to provide a high-level rescue technology platform for international and domestic rescue teams to exchange and learn.

  二、比赛内容

     Competition content：

    1、体能比赛项目。

    Physical competition

    2、5个救援比赛项目。（组织方不会事先告知项目内容）

    Five rescue events. (the organizer will not inform the project content in advance)

    注：具体比赛项目，比赛当天告知；洞穴救援演练也需要提前报名，报名后由主办方进行审核后方可参加。

    Note: the specific competition items will be informed on the day of the competition; the cave rescue drill also needs to be registered in advance, and can only participate after the registration is reviewed by the organizer

  三、比赛地点：重庆市南川区金佛山

    Venue: Jinfoshan, Nanchuan District, Chongqing

人民币5000元/队，参赛费用包含：

RMB 5000 per team, including:

1. 国内往返交通费:高铁二等座、火车硬卧； 

 China mainland's round-trip traffic expenses: Taka Tetsuji and other seats, train hard sleeper;

2. 餐费；（赛事期间午餐及赛事最后一天晚会用餐）

 Meal fee; (lunch during the event and dinner on the last day of the event)

3. 保险费; Insurance premium;

4. 参赛选手可获得主办单位制作的T恤一件及其它纪念礼物；注：以上参赛队伍与选手一旦报名缴费，不能以任何理由要求主办单位退费；主办单位若主动取消本赛事，所有参赛队伍或选手将可全额退费。

Participants can get a T-shirt and other souvenir gifts made by the organizer. Note: once the above teams and competitors sign up for payment, they can't ask the organizer to refund the fees for any reason. If the organizer cancels the event voluntarily, all teams or competitors will be entitled to full refund.

  一、参赛队员资格 

     Qualification of participants

1、男女不限(由于疫情原因，2020金佛山∙绳命LifeLine绳索救援交流赛仅限国内公民参加)；

There are no restrictions on men and women (due to the epidemic situation, the 2020 Jinfo lifeline rope rescue exchange competition is only for domestic citizens)

2、年满18周岁；

At least 18 years old

3、55周岁以上需要提供三个月内的三甲医院的身体健康报告，各项检查须符合参赛队伍所在地一般身体健康检查标准。每位队员必须签署健康状况申明书（健康状况申明书附于报名表之后）；

The physical health report of the top three hospitals within three months should be provided for those over 55 years old. All examinations must meet the general physical examination standards of the place where the teams are located. Each team member must sign a health statement (the health statement is attached to the application form);

4、主办单位有权于必要时候因健康或安全因素停止参赛者开始或继续比赛；

The organizer has the right to stop the competitors from starting or continuing the competition due to health or safety reasons when necessary;

1、无论是赛事前期还是赛事期间禁止饮酒，主办方将取消饮酒队伍的参赛资格。

No matter before or during the competition, the organizers will cancel the qualification of drinking teams.

2、所有参赛人员均要求出席晚会，如果缺席，队伍将不会收到奖励

All participants are required to attend the party. If they are absent, the team will not receive a reward

3、根据相关法律规定，主办方将会给所有参赛队伍购买保险，但保险不涵盖赛事期间以外的事，死亡理赔额度为30万人民币。

According to the relevant laws and regulations, the organizer will purchase insurance for all participating teams, but the insurance does not cover events outside the event period. The amount of death claim is 300000 yuan.

4、竞赛日如遇人力不可抗拒之因素（如：疫情、泥石流、台风、地震等），致使影响举办活动，主办单位有权更改竞赛日期，并于赛前通知参赛者。

In case of force majeure (e.g. epidemic situation, debris flow, typhoon, earthquake, etc.) that affect the event on the competition day, the organizer has the right to change the competition date and inform the participants before the competition.

5、本赛事需要耗费大量体力，参赛队伍请详加评估自身实力，完成参赛报名手续的队伍不得以任何理由转让报名资格、更换参赛组别或要求退费。

This competition needs a lot of physical strength. The teams who have completed the registration procedures are not allowed to transfer the registration qualification, change the competition category or ask for refund for any reason.

6、奥悦君宁(重庆)体育产业发展有限公司负责组织本次比赛，所有的参赛人员必须无条件熟知并遵守赛事规则，主办方对赛事规则拥有最终解释权。

Aoyue Junning (Chongqing) Sports Industry Development Co., Ltd. is responsible for organizing the competition. All participants must be familiar with and abide by the rules of the competition unconditionally. The organizer has the final right to interpret the rules.
