关于IDL职位内部应聘及内部推荐奖金计划的通告

因公司业务快速发展，现有以下职位空缺，欢迎各位同事前来应聘或积极推荐合适的候选人。为鼓励员工推荐，凡成功推荐一名IDL职位，可获得相应的内部推荐奖金，详细条件参见下文。

奖金发放标准：

备注：第1，2，3期的意思分别为入职后的3个月，6个月，9个月。

奖金获取条件如下：

1. 被推荐人成功通过面试，并于2016年12月1日前与我公司签署正式劳动合同；

2. 被推荐人成功通过试用期；

3. 推荐人填写《员工推荐申请表》，在推荐候选人时将表格给到HR招聘组文韵，分机：8170；

4. 该奖金发放时,推荐人与被推荐人均须仍在职。

职位空缺：

• Facility project manager －FAC

  Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above majored in Environmental
   Engineering / Ventilating and Air Conditioning Engineering / Structural
   Engineering or related disciplines Engineering

2. At least 10 years’ experience in building
   construction & electrical + mechanical systems & cleanroom design &
   installation/renovation, and minimum 5 years as overall project planning and
   management

3. Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the
   facilities and manufacturing requirements

4. High integrity, open-minded & self-motivated
   professional experience; Strictly BCC compliant

5. Strong communication and leadership; With customer
   focused & cost-effectiveness mind-set

6. Working under pressure and tight schedule

7. Good command of English and Chinese

• Facility operation manager －FAC

  Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above majored in Environmental
   Engineering / Ventilating and Air Conditioning Engineering / Structural
   Engineering or related disciplines Engineering

2. Over 10 years of manufacturing facility experience,
   at least 3 years in manager level

3. Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the
   facilities and manufacturing requirements, Strong EHS experience

4. High integrity, open-minded & self-motivated
   professional experience

5. Strong communication and leadership

6. With customer focused & cost-effectiveness
   mind-set

7. Strictly BCC compliant

8. Working under pressure and tight schedule

   
   

• Final Test Manager, NPI － ENG

                Job Requirements:

1. Degree or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering
   or similar;

2. At least 10 years’ experience in final test program
   development and NPI (final test support) in semiconductors field;

3. Proven ability on new test methodology, test
   hardware development and product development;

4. Familiar with final test process flow and
   equipment;

5. Strong skills in project management, communication
   as well as problem solving ( 3X5Why);

6. Good knowledge on DOE, FMEA & OCAP.

• Engineering Manager, Molding Process and Equipment－ ENG

       Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor, Masters or preferably have Black Belt;

2. Over 12 years of relevant experience in mid-end
   Process Engineering / equipment Engineering, mainly on Molding process and
   equipment management;

3. Demonstrated strong molding process engineering and
   project management skills with capital management technique;

4. Proven ability to scale up R&D experimental
   data to a commercial manufacturing operation;

5. Proven ability to initiate, conceptualize, design,
   commission, and startup molding process improvements to existing production
   operations;

6. Hands on experience in the relevant manufacturing
   environment is necessary;

7. Able to investigate and troubleshoot molding process
   anomalies, perform mass and energy balances, and strong in statistical analysis;

8. Strong management,
   communication and interpersonal skills.

    

• Senior Product Engineer－ ENG

       Job
  Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering,
   electronic engineering or similar area.

2. 3 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor or
   electronic industrial.

3. Semiconductor or electronic product
   engineering experience.

4. Experience in discrete components or IC products
   preferred.

5. Familiar Semiconductor packaging and testing
   processes.

6. Familiar with problem root cause analysis and
   customer complain handling

7. Hands-on in failure analysis and familiar with ATE
   and electronic lab equipment.

8. Good understand of product quality requirement and
   quality analysis tools.

9. Good problem solving and presentation skills.

10. Good understand electrical circuits and semiconductor
    device physics.

11. Good verbal and written skills in English

• Purchasing Manager, BOM Operation  － PUR

       Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Purchasing, Supply Chain
   Management, Business or Engineering

2. Over 12 years of relevant experience

3. Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills

4. Excellent presentation and communication skills to
   stakeholders in multi-culture environment

5. Strong problem solving and data analysis ability

6. Sound knowledge in operation and supplier
   management

7. With assembly and semiconductor knowledge is an
   advantage

8. Able to work independently and under pressure

9. Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented

10. Think out of the box mindset and “can do” attitude

11. Good command of written and spoken English, fluent
    Putonghua

12. Factory locate in Dongguan

     

• Senior System Analyst－ IT

       Job Requirements:

1. IT degree or equivalent education in computer
   science;

2. Above 5 years of working experience in business
   application development/programming; Be familiar with B/S & C/S structure
   development;

3. MES system experience preferred and Semiconductor
   industry experience preferred;

4. Broad business analysis experience and deep
   understanding of the manufacturing environment from the IT view;

5. Rich IT project 
   experience  and more than 2 years’
   experience of development team management;

6. Strong skills in C#,VB.Net, VB as well as in MS SQL
   DB, Oracle DB;

7. Expert of 
   MES/Automation system; Camstar product experience preferred;

8. Excellent project management skills;

9. Good command of spoken and written English.

    

• Senior Information Analyst－ IT

       Job
  Requirements:

1. IT degree or equivalent education in computer
   science;

2. Above 3 years of working experience in business
   application development/programming; Be familiar with B/S & C/S structure
   development;

3. MES system experience preferred and Semiconductor
   industry experience preferred;

4. Broad business analysis experience and deep
   understanding of the manufacturing environment from the IT view;

5. Rich IT project 
   experience;

6. Good skills in C#, VB.Net, VB as well as in MS SQL
   DB, Oracle DB;

7. Familiar with MES system; Camstar product
   experience preferred;

8. Good command of spoken and written English.

☆☆☆  特别提示：

1. 推荐人与被推荐人所提供的资料必须真实有效，若发现有虚假信息，将按公司《规章制

   度》(员工手册)相关规定处理；

2. 招聘人员将核查推荐人与被推荐人关系，若发现与实际不符，将取消推荐人奖金获得资

   格，并追究相关责任；

3. 以上奖金将与工资一同发放，员工自己承担相关个人所得税；

4. 以下情况推荐人不能申领奖金：

1.  推荐人在推荐过程中违反规定程序直接将被推荐人资料交给用人单位而不是先交给人力资源部；

2. 被推荐人的简历已在之前用其他途径投递过给人力资源部。

   人力资源部招聘组将就以上发生的情况及时向推荐人说明。

 5.以下人员参与内部推荐，但不能申请该项奖金：

1. 该职位的直属上司、其他直接参与该职位录用决定的部门主管或经理；
   

2. 人力资源部经理及以上成员，人力资源部招聘组成员；

3. 已经离职的公司员工；

4. 被推荐人为重新雇用员工。

本次特别推荐计划有效期从9月1日至12月1日，内部推荐奖金政策以《员工推荐申请表》为依据，并与公司其他政策同时执行生效，内部员工在有效期内推荐人员参加面试并报到的，均可享有推荐奖金，以上通告内容若有与其他通告有冲突，均以此份通告为准。
