江南大学食品科学与工程学科聚焦国家重大战略需求和科学发展前沿,着力构建“大健康-大交叉”学科布局和平台建设,以食品为主要支撑的农学学科跻身ESI学科排名全球前1‱。拥有国家级科研平台:食品科学与资源挖掘全国重点实验室、粮食发酵与食品生物制造国家工程研究中心、国家功能食品工程技术研究中心等。新建省部级交叉平台:国家市场监督管理总局重点实验室、江苏省食品营养与人体健康学科交叉研究中心、江苏省食品安全与国家战略治理实验室等。

招聘学科方向:

1.食智交叉:人工智能、脑科学、智能制造、大数据等

2.食医交叉:营养学、公共卫生学、免疫学、毒理学等

3.食生交叉:生物学、合成生物学、生物信息学、统计学等

4.食品大健康及其交叉学科等

Jiangnan University, situated in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province—on the banks of Taihu Lake and at the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta economic zone—is a national key university directly under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education. It is recognized as both a "211 Project" institution and a participant in the "Double First-Class" initiative.

The Food Science and Engineering discipline at Jiangnan University is dedicated to addressing significant national strategic needs and advancing cutting-edge scientific research. It aims to construct an interdisciplinary academic framework and platform centered on "Great Health-Great Convergence." The agriculture-related discipline, with food science as its core pillar, ranks amongthe top 0.01% (1‱) globally according to ESI rankings. The university houses several national-level research platforms, including:

- State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resources

- National Engineering Research Center for Cereal Fermentation and Food Biomanufacturing

- National Engineering Research Center of Functional Food

Moreover, newly established provincial and ministerial interdisciplinary platforms include:

- Key Laboratory under the State Administration for Market Regulation

- Jiangsu Provincial Interdisciplinary Center for Food Nutrition and Human Health

- Jiangsu Laboratory for Food Safety and National Governance

Recruitment Disciplinary Directions:

- Food-Intelligence Convergence: Artificial intelligence, brain science, smart manufacturing, big data analytics, etc.

- Food-Medical Convergence: Nutrition science, public health policy, immunology, toxicology, etc.

- Food-Biology Convergence: Biology, synthetic biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, etc.

- Food & Great Health and Related Interdisciplinary Fields


一、招聘对象 Recruitment Targets

(一)杰出人才

杰出人才应为拥有良好学术声誉与学术领导能力、研究领域处于世界学术前沿、具有世界一流学术水平的专家学者和具有国际学术影响力的战略人才;或所从事学科、专业领域内的学术大师等。身体健康,能很好地履行约定的工作职责。

(1)Distinguished Scholars

Distinguished Scholars should be internationally recognized experts with exceptional academic leadership, pioneering research at the global forefront, and world-class scholarly achievements. Candidates must demonstrate significant influence in their fields and maintain good health to fulfill professional responsibilities.

(二)领军人才

领军人才一般应取得博士学位,在高校、科研机构或企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位,具有本学科扎实的专业知识、深厚的学术造诣、前瞻的学术视野。近五年,在本学科、专业领域已取得国内外同行公认的标志性研究成果,其学术成就、贡献和影响力在人才群体中获得过国家层面肯定,并且能够作为核心人物凝聚一支结构合理、素质过硬、攻关能力强的教学科研队伍。年龄一般不超过45周岁。

(2) Leading Experts

Leading Experts should hold a doctoral degree, possess substantial academic expertise and visionary insights, and have held formal teaching or research positions at universities, research institutes, or corporate R&D centers. Over the past five years, candidates must have produced landmark research achievements widely recognized by peers, along with national-level recognition of their academic contributions. They should also demonstrate the ability to lead a high-caliber research team.

Age Limit: ≤45 years.

(三)青年拔尖人才

青年拔尖人才一般应取得博士学位,在高校、科研机构或企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位。在所从事学科、专业领域内崭露头角,已获得较高学术成就或同行专家公认的科研成果,具有创新发展潜力和一定社会影响力的青年人才。年龄一般不超过40周岁。

(3) Top Young Talents

Top Young Talents should hold a doctoral degree and have formal teaching or research experience. Candidates must show exceptional promise in their fields, evidenced by peer-recognized achievements and potential for innovative contributions.

Age Limit: ≤40 years.

(四)优秀人才

1.高校、科研院所正高级专业技术职务人员,年龄一般不超过45周岁;副高级及以下专业技术职务人员,年龄原则上不超过37周岁;近五年业绩应高于我校同学科相应岗位平均水平。

2.高校、科研院所博士、博士后,研究成果较为突出,且在所从事学科、相关领域具有较大发展潜力,年龄一般不超过37周岁。

优秀人才根据学科发展需求,承担相应教学科研任务。

(4) Excellent Talents

1.Senior researchers (≤45 years) or associate/junior researchers (≤37 years) with performance exceeding the average level of their peers at Jiangnan University.

2.PhDs/postdoctoral researchers (≤37 years) with notable achievements and high potential in their disciplines.

Excellent Talents will undertake teaching and research responsibilities aligned with institutional priorities.


二、人才待遇 Compensation and Benefits

根据应聘者的学术水平与发展潜能,学校为杰出人才、领军人才及青年拔尖人才提供优厚薪资待遇,具体一人一议;同时在条件建设经费、购房补贴与安家费、科研平台搭建、研究团队人员引进等方面提供相应的政策与待遇。重点支持食品计算、食品感知、食品合成生物等跨学科领域的拔尖人才(已获国家层面支持),以单独PI形式引进,并给予团队组建支持。

Jiangnan University offers competitive compensation packages tailored to candidates' academic qualifications and developmental potential, with specific terms negotiated individually for distinguished scholars, leading talents, and outstanding young researchers. Comprehensive support is provided across multiple dimensions including start-up funding, housing subsidies and relocation allowances, research infrastructure development, and team recruitment facilitation.

The university prioritizes support for top-tier talents in interdisciplinary fields such as food computing, food perception, and food biosynthesis (with national-level recognition). These candidates will be recruited as independent Principal Investigators (PIs) and receive dedicated institutional support for research team formation.


三、政策支持 Policy Support

(一)人才项目及补贴支持 Talent Programs and Funding

1.优先推荐申报江苏省“双创计划”“江苏特聘教授”等省级人才项目,如入选,省财政给予相应的经费资助。

2.优先推荐申报无锡市“太湖人才计划”,如入选,无锡市给予相应的项目经费资助。

3.根据无锡市《关于更大力度支持优秀青年人才来锡发展的十项措施》《“太湖人才计划”人才分类认定实施办法》《“太湖人才计划”高层次人才服务保障实施办法》《无锡市高层次人才宜居保障实施办法》,符合条件者,可申请相关补贴。

1. Priority recommendation for provincial programs (e.g., Jiangsu Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program, Jiangsu Specially Appointed Professors), with provincial funding upon selection.

2. Priority is given to recommending applications for Wuxi City’s “Taihu Lake Talent Program”. Selected candidates/projects will receive corresponding project funding support from the Wuxi Municipal Government.

3. Eligibility for municipal subsidies under Wuxi’s Ten Measures for Supporting Outstanding Young Talents, Taihu Talent Classification Policy, and related programs.

(二)其他 Additional Policies

对全职引进至蠡湖校区的人才,符合条件者,可申请蠡湖校区周转房。对全职引进至东氿和霞客湾校区的人才,符合条件者,可申请对应租购房补贴。

Housing support: On-campus housing at Lihu Campus or rental/purchase subsidies for Dongjiu and Xiakewan campuses.


四、招聘程序 Recruitment Process

学院人才招聘工作常年开展,具体程序如下:

1.应聘者提交个人简历到学院联系人邮箱

2.学院根据人才引进工作程序进行初审、综合考察;

3.学校进行综合考察;

4.学校对通过初审、综合考察等程序的拟引进人员进行审议;

5.学院通知学校审议通过的人员来校办理入职手续。

The recruitment of talents is carried out all the year round. The specific procedures are as follows:

1. Submit CV to the designated college contact email;

2. Preliminary review and comprehensive evaluation by the hiring college;

3. Comprehensive evaluation by the university;

4. Final approval by the university;

5. Onboarding procedures for successful candidates.
