1.生活：您说过，过去20年和未来相比微不足道！这很惊人。但您对未来做出这么多的预测是快乐还是痛苦？我知道，您被尊称为思想家，一定很快乐。但您也喜欢花园和田园生活，有了这么多对未来的预测，还能回到田园牧歌当中去吗？我很好奇，一个思想家是怎样生活的？
1. Life
You once said: comparing the future the past 2 decades are not worth mentioning at all! It is surprising! But is it happiness or pain for you to make so many predictions to the future? You must be very happy being acclaimed as a thinker. But you also enjoy gardening and leisure life. With so many predictions to the future, can you still lead a pastoral life for real? I am very curious. What does a thinker’s life look like?
2.商业模式：您长期观察谷歌公司。您说过，谷歌是由免费搜索发展起来的巨头，但它真正令人关注的是人工智能。因此，免费只是商业模式。但您认为免费模式仍然是互联网新创业者的首选模式吗？
2. Biz Model
You are a long time observer of Google. You once said: Google developed as a free searching engine provider, but the thing does matter is its R&D on AI. Thus, to be free is Google’s biz model. My question: is free biz model still the preferred model for new starters in Internet?

On Internet (or mobile Internet) new businesses, what starting-up opportunities should be paid more attention?
4.竞争策略：在中国，BAT等巨头已形成事实上的垄断。许多人认为，在这种情况下，互联网领域已基本没有较大的蓝海，因此新的互联网创业者应集中精力瞄准利基市场，寻找相对较小的突破口，争取能查漏补缺，填补巨头垄断留下的空白。是这样么？
4. Competitive Strategy
In China, BAT (Baidu, Ali and Tencent, top 3 brands in China Internet) has already gained de facto monopoly advantages. Some are convinced that: in such case, there are no big blue oceans left. The only way to success for new entrepreneurs is niche strategy. Is it true?
5.创造力：社群由不同个体组成，个体创造力可能是很大的，但当聚集为社群的时候，人们可能会为了社群利益而有意无意地减少思考，出现想法趋同。社群怎样才能不影响个人创造力？
5. Creativity
Individual creativity may be very high, but being gathered for a community, people may lose their creativity for community’s interests. How does a community not affect individual creativity?
