1. 二维材料转移平台系列(E1-T/E1-G/E1-M)
①The transfer process was carried out using an accurate transfer system (Metatest, E1-T).

②The current-voltage (I-V) characteristics, the response time, and the photocurrent mapping were measured with a scanning photoelectric test system (Metatest, MStarter 200).
①Raman spectroscopy, micro-UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, and SHG spectroscopy were carried out by High-resolution & High-speed Multi-physical Scanning Integrated Test System (Metatest, ScanPro Advance).
①The photoelectric response of photodetectors was characterized in the air by Metatest E2 photoelectric testing system in the dark or under illumination with an LED (λ= 850 nm).
