About the role and our team:
Data Strategy team belongs to Data Intelligence Department in XO Group. It is a non-technical team that work with the data that run across all our websites and apps. The team is growing and expanding rapidly to meet company goals and objective.
Responsibilities in the job:
Base on the requirement from data team and product team, use search engine and vendor’s website to find, curate and maintain the data for vendors.
Perform testing and quality control on what’s showing on the website. Ensuring all data are accurate and usable.
Support continuous improvement of productivity and processes.
The right candidate will possess the following qualities:
Extremely attention to detail and focus on accuracy and efficiency.
An active learner and logical thinker, with an open mind to accept different way of thinking.
Able to meet strict deadlines and adaptable to repetitive work.
Accurate English reading comprehension – you can get the information you need and can read between the lines.
Very good at web browsing, searching and reading documents.
About the program:
The program is aiming to find the best team players for Data Strategy team, and help them grow fast. Successful candidate will receive customized training and work closely with a coach during the 6 months program. And all trainees will not only receive full-time offer as Data Strategy but also able to fast-track your career at the end of the program.
To join the program, you need to learn and complete the tests in your own time within 6-8 weeks. There are four sessions in this program: Initial Training, Aptitude and Ability Test, In-tray Exercise and Final Assessment. Different from other programs, you will have training before getting the job, and receive reward when you are participating the selection process.
