XO Group,前身为知名婚尚资讯集团The Knot Inc.,为年轻女性提供所有需要的高可信资讯,产品及建议,引导她们度过人生中最重要的阶段。现在的我们，XO Group Inc.（www.xogroupinc.com）是位于美国的全球领先的互联网及媒体公司，致力于服务用户在结婚、怀孕等阶段的相关业务。集团旗下运营的核心品牌包括The Knot, The Nest, The Bump, Gigimasters, 及 How He Asked。
集团现于纽交所上市（NYSE:XOXO）, 集团总部位于纽约。回到2009年，广州诺特软件开发有限公司成立。
