

On 15 June 2025, Cheng International, on behalf of Fenjiu International, successfully co-hosted a Baijiu Masterclass in collaboration with the Bar with No Name in Islington.

Cheng International’s Managing Director, Qiqi Chen, led a guided tasting of signature expressions including Fenjiu Qinghua (53%), Fenjiu Fen Chiew Brown (42%), and the Silk Road series — offering insights into Fenjiu’s deep heritage and refined craftsmanship.

Innovation was a key theme throughout the event. Cheng International introduced three bespoke Fenjiu cocktails featuring Fenjiu 10YO (53%), inspired by the classic Gimlet, Negroni, and Caipirinha. The inventive pairings, including the delicately aromatic Perfume Gimlet — received enthusiastic praise, highlighting Fenjiu’s versatility within the global premium cocktail landscape.
Thanks to the support of bar manager Uros Dezutelj, the masterclass also featured engaging activities such as a baijiu quiz, hands-on cocktail mixing, and a duo challenge where guests crafted drinks for one another based on personalised flavour profiles. These engaging sessions transformed the masterclass into a dynamic fusion of learning and creativity, leaving a lasting impression.
