As the Year of the Snake approaches, Cheng International continues to showcase Chinese Baijiu to the UK. On behalf of Fenjiu International, Cheng International is collaborating with several high-end restaurants and bars in London to launch a Fenjiu cocktail themed month, Celebrate the Snake Year, Toast to the New Spring.
Starting on 18 January 2025, House of Ming will host our two new signature Fenjiu cocktails for one month. We cordially invite you to experience a festive fusion of tradition and modern creativity for this Chinese New Year.

Bamboo Garden
This refreshing mix uses Zhu Ye Qing Jiu (Bamboo) 45% as its base, highlighting its crisp and smooth character. Elderflower cordial and lemon juice add a zesty twist, while ginger ale provides a rich and layered finishing touch. Each sip evokes the tranquility of a bamboo forest, offering a poetic escape.
Peach Garden
This lively cocktail combines Fenjiu (Box Packaged) 48% with peach liqueur, peach cordial, and peach bitter, balancing fruity notes with Baijiu's elegant aroma. Grapefruit & rosemary soda adds effervescence, creating a light, sparkling experience reminiscent of Tao Yuanming's classic poem Peach Blossom Land. Every sip exudes romance and joy.

Both cocktails are 2025 Chinese New Year exclusives, offering unique flavours embodying the charm of the Year of the Snake. Their artistic presentation, blending traditional and modern elements, delivers a complete sensory experience. Come and enjoy the festive spirit and the craftsmanship!

The first stop of our Celebrate the Snake Year, Toast to the New Spring series is House of Ming, a high-end Chinese restaurant located in Westminster, London, inside the luxurious Taj Hotel, St. James' Court.
