手糊工艺用无碱玻璃纤维短切毡是由无碱玻璃纤维合股无捻粗纱短切后，随机无定向均匀平铺，然后再用粘合剂粘合在一起而制成连续性的毡片。

E-glass Chopped Strand Mat For Hand Lay-up are an unwoven fabric consisting of randomly distribute chopped strands held together with binder.

可适用于增强不饱和聚酯树脂、乙烯基树脂、环氧树脂等。短切毡在手糊工艺中用量最大，也能用于缠绕、模压、连续制版等工艺。主要终端产品有各种板材、船艇、浴室成套设备、汽车部件和冷却塔等。

Chopped strand mat are compatible with unsaturated polyester，vinyl ester and epoxy resins

The products are most widely used in hand lay-up process and can also be used in filament molding and continuous laminating processes. The typical end-use applications include various panels，boats，bathroom equipment，automotive parts and cooling towers.

包装及储存说明    Pack8ging＆Storage

    手糊工艺用无碱玻璃纤维短切毡缠绕在内径79mm、99mm或106mm的纸管上，按照产品要求可做成200米/卷、300米/卷、500米/卷，用塑料防潮袋包扎，外用纸箱或牛皮纸包装．垂直或水平放置,装入集装箱时可散装也可用托盘包装。

 Each chopped strand mat is wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 79mm，90mm or 106mm，the products can be made in 200m/roll, 300m/roll or 500m/roll according To customer request，wrapped up with plastic film and then be packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with Kraft paper The rolls can be vertically or horizontally Placed. The rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.

  在没有特殊要求的情况下，手糊工艺用无碱玻璃纤维短切毡储存在干燥凉爽的地方防止雨淋。建议储存控制温度15℃一35℃-湿度35%-65%。为了确保产品安全、避免损坏产品，托盘的堆码高度不超过两层；无托盘水平放置不超过4层。

 Unless otherwise specified. E-glass chopped strand mat should be stored in a dry coal and rain-proof area .it is commended that the temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15℃-35 ℃ and35%-65% respectively

 To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than two layers.

 Any package without pallet should not be stacked horizontally more than four layers.
