Following a successful start at House of Ming (Click left for details), we are launching its next chapter at Dover Yard Bar, 1 Hotel Mayfair, beginning on 2 February. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, Dover Yard will showcase three exclusive Fenjiu cocktails, offering a unique celebration of “Nature and Culture” for London’s cocktail lovers.
Forbidden Sip
Featuring Fenjiu 10YO, it delivers a rich and smooth foundation. Tangerine & Miso cordial adds fruity sweetness, complemented by the herbal notes of Dolin Dry Vermouth, while soda enhances the drink with delicate effervescence. Each sip unveils a complex layering of flavours, perfectly capturing the enigmatic charm of its name.
Eastern Whisper
A chilled cocktail that blends elegance and depth, pairing the crisp freshness of Zhu Ye Qing Jiu (Bamboo) with the bold characteristics of Banana Rye, Whiskey and Rinomato Americano. Its crystal-clear body and refreshing aftertaste evoke the soft whispers of Eastern tales, creating an ethereal and lingering sensory experience.
Emperor’s Brew
This majestic creation lives up to its name, combining the intensity of Fenjiu 10YO and Rose Fenjiu. Cordial and verjuice add a harmonious balance, while a final touch of fresh tea leaves elevates the aroma. Topped with foam, this cocktail exudes elegance and sophistication, a fitting tribute to the grandeur of ancient emperors.
