[资本前沿]证监会主席肖钢：新三板创业板转板机制将在年内进行试点

证监会主席肖钢5日下午接受媒体采访时表示，多层次市场间转板机制是个较复杂的问题，今年将进行调研和试点，不会全面推开。目前考虑先从新三板跟创业板之间的转板机制进行试点，制定该转板方案是今年改革的重要工作之一。

去年10月，证监会《关于支持深圳资本市场改革创新的若干意见》明确表示，将推动在创业板设立专门的层次，允许符合一定条件尚未盈利的互联网和科技创新企业在新三板挂牌满一年后到创业板发行上市。深交所2015全年工作重点中，也着重提出了加快发展多层次股权市场，进一步明确深交所市场定位，加强对市场发展的战略规划研究，搞活壮大主板和中小企业板，全面推进创业板改革，丰富创业板层次，推动新三板与创业板转板试点。

与创业板转板机制的畅通，将进一步提升新三板的热度，对新三板吸引企业挂牌与投资者参与产生积极作用。（文章来源：人民网）
