位于珠海平沙，利用海底天然泉水资源，沿着南中国海2.7公里海岸建成、具有地中海摩洛哥风情的大型旅游度假胜地。一期占地89.1公顷，其中两座五星级海泉湾大酒店共有1000间客房，海王星酒店为主酒店用于接待海内外客人，天王星酒店则侧重于接待会议和旅行团。

该工程规模宏大，技术难度高，综合性强，配套设施完善，华森担任设计总控，协调五国七地国际著名设计师联合工作，2005年完成设计，2006年1月22日建成投入使用。2007年4月国家旅游局授予“国家旅游休闲度假示范区”。
