Job Description:
Idealcandidate is someone who has very strong excel skills. Reconciliations (BalanceSheet and Cash) are becoming more complex because we have added severaladditional billing systems and keeping the GL Accounts balanced is quitechallenging. This person will help support the recent
launch of anew billing system called Zuora as well as lend support as needed through ourseasonal volume on our other systems (Oracle 11i and BRM). If they haveexperience in any of these systems, that would also be a plus.
Responsiblefor one or more of the following activities: checks and verifies records,prepares invoices and vouchers, types, files, posts ledger and general journalentries and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Usesoffice automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specializedresearch projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile difficult accounts.May be responsible for a complete and systematic set of transactions in aspecific phase of accounting.
