Job Title: Freelance(Independent) Recruiter
We are looking for dedicated and motivated freelance recruiters to come grow with us!
Location: Base in Santa Clara, Anywhere within USA (can work remotely)
Responsibility:
Will work closely with account managers and client's managers for their resources needs.
Our clients include leading global ICT solutions provider, World's largest search engine company, etc.
Contact candidates via phone calls and emails, validate their qualifications, working permit (visa or citizenship), and keep people motivated
Maintain candidate pipelines and submit qualified candidates
Coordinate phone or onsite interviews with hiring manager and candidates
Qualification:
1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably from technical field
Very good communication skill, can articulate hiring manager's requirement on both technical and soft skills
Superb communication skills (spoken and written)
Experience with major job search engines such as Dice.com, Careerbuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed.com, Monster, etc. Preferably with his or her own access to the resume database
Compensation:
Generous commission, excellent opportunity
("freelance"=no base, but better commission)
