Level 1
IT Support Engineer
Level 1的IT Support Engineer对工作经验没有过多要求,熟悉ticketing system即可,如果你能适应快节奏又富有挑战的工作环境,还能搬得动服务器的话,就快快投简历吧!
工作要求
- Work with ticketing system to review the user requests and make sure tickets are being routed and assigned to the correct engineers in a timely manner
- Provide phone support to users to address informational and basic computing questions
Perform conference room check walk through; provide conference room support for projectors, data interconnects, and video conferencing systems
- Work with Client Service support and IT Operations in performing day-to-day support of laptops and desktops, application support and other basic troubleshooting activities
- Account creation for WiFi and various eFlow's
- Conference booking
- Participate in the delivery of Client Services solutions
- Generate reports for Track-IT metrics
- Notifications and user communication
- Assist in system imaging if time available
- Assist in new hire orientation
- Perform tasks assigned to Client Services team by management
技能要求
- (Required) Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Microsoft OS system like Windows 7 installation and troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of Windows OS inner workings including directory structure, registry structure, and user configurations and tools
- Prior work experience in medium or large environments supporting hundreds of systems
Work experience in setting up and using products such as MS, Ghost or Acronis in imaging multiple systems
- Experience using a ticketing system – commercial or open source
- Experience in basic Active Directory domain administration including certain back office products such as Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, etc
- Demonstrated understanding of PC hardware and components, peripherals, and functionality. CPU, memory, graphics processor, USB, WiFi, monitor, keyboard, etc
- Solid experiences in various disciplines of client support as outlined in the Responsibilities section
- Project lifecycle understanding and experiences in leading or participating in projects

Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 40 pounds, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork
Level 2
IT Support Engineer
Level 2则需要3年以上企业IT Support经验,沟通能力好,适应能力强,获得过至少一个Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA或RedHat等行业认可的资格证书。
工作要求
- Provide level-2 IT Support to user systems including application installation and configuration, troubleshooting and debugging peripheral implementations and other computing requests
- Configure and install client hardware such as laptops and desktops for Windows Linux OS
- Provide support to conference room technologies such as projectors, Polycom, Telepresence/HD, and network cabling
- Provide phone provisioning and support including phone deployment and basic phone system administration
- Support end-point network connectivity installation and troubleshooting
- Provide VMware View configurations and support
- Provide employee onboarding support which includes new account creation, workflow handling, setup of client systems, and user services information
- Provide employee off-boarding support which includes account termination, workflow handling, reimaging returned client systems, hardware retrieval
- Data backup and restore for client systems and servers
- Support Futurewei Network Operations Center (NOC) processes including change management, incident handling, communications, recording incident details, managing IRT phone bridge, and coordinating remediation efforts
- Conduct periodic computer accessories inventory count and update
- Lead new hire orientation training
- Support company processes for client computing
- Manage user requests via ticketing system
- Provide user training of general corporate supported applications and tools
- Provide support to customer facing projects
- Provide coverage to T-1 Support when needed
- Mentor and cross-train members of the junior Client Services team and the Service Desk
- Perform tasks assigned to Client Services team by management

- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrate task ownership and accountability
- Understanding of network protocols and network interconnect devices and functionalities
- Self motivated and highly adaptive to changes in needs and priorities
- Experience working with client management systems – Symantec/Altiris, McAfee, LANDesk, and Microsoft in managing malware protection, software inventory and deployment, remote control
- Achieved one or more industry recognized accreditations from Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, RedHat, etc
- Experience supporting organizations with 500+ users in multiple sites and/or international locations
- Solid experiences in various disciplines of client support as outlined in the responsibilities section
- Project lifecycle understanding and experiences in leading or participating in projects
