知名跨国IT公司招聘Webmaster，负责搭建和维护企业内部社区网站，需要有一定的经验，而且非常creative和detail-oriented。这是个contract职位，工作地点在Santa Clara, CA。

- Assume primary responsibility for IT system and server hardware and software setup, website performance, uptime, and maintenance including monitoring page load speed, monitoring / addressing crawl errors, and managing routine page updates

- Implement new responsive-design pages and new page content for a rapidly evolving internal corporate website and in particular to support new initiatives, promotions and integrated digital campaigns

- Monitor website visitor behavior and spotting trends, diagnosing problems, and then suggesting areas of improvement for content and UX

- Comprehensive management of a tactical website plan including publication of new content, infrastructure upgrades, SSL Certificates, key integrations (e.g., Marketo)

- Manage new and existing technology integrations to support the website and digital marketing initiatives

- Perform timely content updates to tight production deadlines with attention to detail to ensure a consistent visitor experience and one free of errors and interruptions

- Contribute to strategic planning and setting of strategic objectives

- All other tasks assigned.  

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery and Wordpress (e.g., custom post types, custom fields, custom meta boxes)

- Proficiency in Creative Cloud

- Ability to manage a custom Wordpress theme, develop page templates, spec theme enhancements and either perform theme updates or manage theme development to support leading-edge designs and UX

- Experience with responsive design websites, localization and personalization

- Knowledge of contemporary SEO techniques, multi-variate testing, quality control, code review and testing processes

- Ability to manage website projects, work efficiently on time sensitive initiatives and effectively collaborate across marketing functions

- Expertise in website and campaign performance optimization best practices and tools

- Full-Stack Development; System Integration; API Integration is a plus

- Familiarity with SEO/Web Analytics and Webmaster Tools

- Cross-Browser / Cross-Platform Development Experience Optimizing for Website Speed & Performance Articulate, Accurate and Detail-driven with good oral and written communication skills

- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work

- Agency experience a plus

- Entrepreneurial mindset is encouraged 

- Webmaster experience is a must-have   

Desired Qualifications

- Some generalist nice to have skills and experiences include: Video and photo editing and publishing experience desired, Audio Video experience desired, to set up A/V system for meeting recording, editing, and upload to internal website

- Experience setting up a development and production web server hardware and software, domain name, email server, mailing list server, etc, and their integration experience

- Web marketing experience desired to effectively build internal community website

- Be able to create effective and impressive powerpoint presentations, or beautify ppt's based on visions, strategies, ideas articulated by the team leader

- Experience using website as an effective tool to evangelize and market and build online communities

- Business development experience

- Open source experience, and open source software technology evaluation/demo set up experience
