Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Manager to work on all aspects of our Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM, including technical/user requirements, system configuration, and all related policies and procedures for our Campus locations around the world.
This is an exciting role in a dynamic, startup setting. We are looking for a person that can understand business requirements for Campus, translate those into technical requirements, and manage the growth of our new CRM system to ensure we set up Campus and its startups for future success.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement business technology solutions focused on Salesforce.com
Serve as a technical expert focused on Saleforce.com
Work directly with users to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop and deliver key components of technology solutions
Oversee the development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing, and deployment
Manage and cleanse data, and develop best practices for new data
Provide day-to-day Salesforce.com technical support (licenses, access, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts etc.)
Requirements:
Ability to gather and analyze business processes and requirements to identify the best implementation options in Salesforce.com
Ability to manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, security configuration, complex workflows, and overall system configuration
Experience performing administration of data manipulation tasks such as data loading, merging of duplicates, ownership and task assignments, etc.
(preferred) Hands on design and development experience with custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including work in APEX, VisualForce, application integration, and data migration
Ability to manage multiple 3rd party products running on or integrated to Salesforce.com (CloudSync, Exact Target, Survey Monkey, etc)
Salesforce.com admin 201, admin 301 (preferred), dev 401 certification,
Strong CRM and general business skills, with proven ability to develop professional and effective technical support and training materials
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Self motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into concise messages and presentations for management
Desire to help people, solve problems and listen to intent and not just requests
A passion for the startup community.
