Responsibilities
- Design display ad formats for Dynamic Ads to service leading global advertisers
- Ideate beautiful creatives to be implemented in platforms such as Google Adwords
- Project manage and drive initiatives to improve ad performance and adoption
- Prioritize workload accordingly and properly set delivery expectations with external clients and internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Interactive Design, Computer Science, or Related Field with a strong academic record
- 4+ years of experience in interactive advertising or design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range of interactive design abilities
- Fluent with visual design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Experienced in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work within a highly technical environment, and understand technical requirements/limitations - Experience working with/or for an advertising agency
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication and teamwork skills
- Nice to have: Experience with Dynamic Ads platform in Google AdWords
Preferred Qualifications
- Responsive web design: experience using media queries, flexible grids.
- General HTML5 skills and experience: CSS3, animation (both JS and CSS3), SVN, Canvas
- Experience developing with 1 or more Javascript frameworks: AngularJS, Backbone, Ember, Polymer, etc.
- Version control: SVN / GIT
- CSS preprocessors: SASS / LESS
- Experience with scaffolding tools and task runners: Yeoman, Grunt, Gulp, etc.
