工作内容：

* Work as a team with HRBP, finance team, local PM and headquarter related functional teams to create a new project with correct schedule and budget information in project management system.  
* Communicate proactively with related stakeholders and maintain project scope, cost, resource, schedule and other data in the project management system.  
* Perform various administrative tasks, which include filing project documents, creating and maintaining project schedules, creating responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project, and compiling summaries for those who were involved.
* Conducts performance reporting, which could include collecting and disseminating performance information, status reporting, progress measurement vs. project plan and assisting in the development of a forecast.  
* Maintains project tracking databases and helps produce manuals, presentations and other written materials that support the project; reminders on deadlines, maintenance of updates of document versions.
* Assist department Project/Program managers with methodology deployment and process reengineering and evaluation efforts.
* Maintain project data and follow up on milestones, PCR management and other project related activities.
* Complete other tasks assigned by management.

技能要求：

* 1- 3+ years of relevant experience supporting highly technical multi-disciplinary teams in an Engineering R&D work environment.
* Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment. Proactive in problem solving and team work. 
* Willing and quick in picking up new knowledge and skill set.
