技能要求：

At least Master or Ph.D on computer science or electrical engineering area, and the candidate needs to have 3 or more years' experience on voice recognition or speech recognition or vision recognition.
Some experience on open source speech recognition will be preferred such as HTK, Kaldi or others.
The good candidate should understand acoustic modeling, language/speech modeling or decoder.
