Your opportunity at Intuit:
KEY SKILLS NEEDED
• 3+ years of CRM experience
• Heavy data manipulation in excel
• Tools/systems savvy – administrator
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst II that is driven by continuous improvement (you’re never satisfied with status quo), is process-minded, and has serious CRM know-how to drive productivity improvements within our sales organization by increasing sales team efficiency.
The ideal candidate is maniacally detailed. You’re known for your articulate communication as well as unwavering follow-through. To be successful, you should be equally comfortable geeking out on data and metrics as you are collaborating with others to problem solve.
In this role you will:
• Act as subject matter expert in our existing CRM, giving support to our sales team, triaging requests, and sharing best practices
• Research, deploy and manage new and improved tools and technology to create efficiencies
• Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
• Proactively identify areas to improve the sales process with industry best practice knowledge
• Work closely with our marketing department to optimize lead flow and manage the appropriate delivery/assignment of leads to the sales team
• Own the integrity of the sales organization’s data, ensuring confidence in metrics, analysis and recommendations
• Institutionalize KPIs throughout the sales and broader organization by driving alignment, visibility and accountability
• Prepare, analyze and communicate out sales forecast and pipeline reporting to sales and broader organization management teams
• Prepare reporting and presentations for the Sales Organization and Sales Leadership
Qualifications
You could be described as:
A CRM and sales process ninja
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience working with Salesforce.com
• In-depth understanding of Sales Operations B2B best practices for sales processes and systems (sales cycles; account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management)
• Constantly thinks about scalability – solving for today and tomorrow
• Continuous improvement is an engrained attribute
A go-getter, problem-solver extraordinaire
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and process driven individual that owns execution
• Works well with groups and finds win-win solutions to problems
• Passionate about technology and learning/ developing business enablement tools
Data driven, resourceful and efficient
• Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously and successfully
• Outstanding analytical skills and a passion for data
• Builds strong relationships and seeks to learn from others
Infectious ‘can do’ attitude
• Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of change, startup mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
• Incredibly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role preferred
