Account Manager Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and manage account weekly/monthly/quarterly budget and sales plan
Managing full cycle recruiting which includes oversight of Recruiters and Sourcers
Partnering with customers and their hiring managers
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years as a Sales/ Account Manager/ Recruiter experience
Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Marketing and Business Development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Location：Santa Clara, CA
