工作要求：
* Lead development initiatives on technical projects and mentor team members.
* Utilize Java server-side technologies to tie front and back end platforms together
* Create rich, compelling user interfaces using JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS and the latest in client-side technologies
技能要求：
* 5+ years of JavaScript experience (including, but not limited to AJAX, DOM manipulations, JSONP, event models etc.) and related libraries such as React, Angular, or Node
* 3+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience
* Solid understanding of databases such as SQL, Mongo DB as well as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Familiarity with agile development cycles & rapid prototyping
* Work collaboratively with wen designers and marketing on contents
* A creative and organized developer who thrives in both an independent and small team environment
* A strong passion for progressive user experience and web development
