工作内容:
Leads the delivery of the multi-year Strategic Business Plan by ensuring delivery of brand health and financial commitments
Leads annual North America brand business and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and manages all elements of the marketing mix
Stewards the brand – guides and instills in the organization the ability to be selective about actions that support the brand strategy, brand's promise, brand equity, and brand health in context of overall business goals for the company, with primary emphasis on Digital Brand Image
Ensures the North American consumer is at the center of business and brand decisions
Delivers brand positioning alignment with global brand teams to ensure consistent global brand profile and strategy
Attracts, retains and develops top talent Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation
Leads an integrated marketing team of five, spanning Marcom/PR, Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing, Community/Social Media and Product Marketing management and execution.
Works with the North American Head of Sales to ensure brand and sales support strategies and plans are executed effectively and efficiently to meet sales objectives
Engages with key customers to provide a visible brand and category champion
Works with communications agencies, including advertising, media, digital, multi-cultural, shopper and PR
技能要求:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 10+ years of business experience with a history or demonstrated business success
Specific marketing and brand building expertise including experience in communication/campaign development, new product development, insight development and experience in working directly and indirectly with major customers
Extensive knowledge of the Client and CE industry
Demonstrates dynamic team leadership and ability to coach to build talent and lead through others
Creative development and agency relationship stewardship and management

工作内容:
Responsible for the AMAZON e-commerce website project, including daily operation and management.
Responsible for online product description, product launch.
Responsible for leading the operation team to integrate relevant resources, make the online promotion plan and promotion activities and carry out the implementation.
Responsible for participating in the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy of product requirement, brand building, network promotion, promotion plan and so on.
Development of customer interactive strategies through web based media content, communication channels, social networking sites, etc.
Development of quantitative targets that are based on market analysis, consumer research and competitive benchmarking.
Responsible for the coordination between the relevant departments, teams, channels, media and other partners.
Responsible for grasping the market trends and changes in electronic commerce timely, and submitting the feasibility program on the market demand to the company in time.
Responsible for studying of competitor's situation, and giving the relevant solutions.
Surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
Guide, instruct and give directions to all the sales team personnel and assist in organizing all the sales activities of the online sales department
Prepare sales reports, evaluates the performance of each online sales team member and provide them with relevant feedback
Involved in the development of the content, its design, layout, management, etc. and ensure the content developed for partner websites is edited, proofread and online advertising campaigns have been followed up in a proper manner.
Coordinate with Head of Sales and other departments to plan, implement and execute site content including feature products, advertising, promotions, information, customer reviews, advertising campaign management, etc.
技能要求:
Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Commerce or related.
At least 2-year experience in B2C e-commerce or one year in the same position.
Have a good knowledge of the system structure and operation process of electronic commerce platform
Experience working with Amazon marketplace, vendor central, AMS and AMG required.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Good coordination and communication skills
