工作内容：
Guide the review, selection, and recommendation of acoustic components and new audio technologies.
Create and manage technology resource man and roadmaps, plans, and other documents.
Define audio design requirements and technical specifications; design audio system concepts.
Provide expertise and advice to resolve audio engineering challenges.
Propose creative audio engineering solutions to address emerging mobile device trends.
Identify audio technology innovations and build relationships with key industry partners.
技能要求：
Experience in audio engineering for consumer products, specifically mobile devices, with a track record in audio system design and testing.
Ability to understand and influence audio industry trends, performance requirements, cost considerations, and interaction design (IxD) / mechanical design constraints.
Understanding of audio performance validation, audio system tuning, and acoustic validation methodologies.
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in sound quality.
Prior experience in working with global engineering teams.
Proficiency in audio DSP processing.
