工作内容：

Build, monitor and manage strategic revenue programs
Create business cases and model future revenue program opportunities
Engage with external and internal partners to drive the business forward
Lead strategic x-functional programs end to end as a business owner such as; Selling Works with products, international expansion, cost reduction iniatives and adding new payment options
Partner with the Enterprise Sales teams to grow and unlock new revenue opportunities through Energy Instant Rebates and Couponing programs
Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, Finance, Customer Support, Logistics and Legal to plan and execute programs
Work closely with the E-Commerce Business Lead to build and manage all program and revenue reporting across the E-Commerce business
Build revenue and cost forecasting models for new program
Assist the E-Commerce team with E-Commerce business planning and strategy
Assist in product launches through vetting content and catalog site-management

技能要求：

3-5 years work experience in the field of e-commerce or retail selling hardware and/or software
2-3 years of experience with modeling and forecasting revenue initiatives and programs
Data driven and process oriented
Thrives in chaos, obsessed with customer experience, fanatic about the details

工作内容：

• Design improvements of current business processes, new processes and best practices, based on business requests or as process innovation.

• Document business processes in terms of requirements, policies, procedures and/or working instructions.
• Identify business / process risks and design risk mitigation controls.
• Test and validate delivered process solutions.
• Create training material for end-users.
• Support project teams during implementation of standard business processes and implement improvements.
• Work with Head Quarter and regional counterparts to drive process standardization.
• Research and recommend process management tool procurement & deployment.
• Accountable to develop process specifications for new processes and ensure that key process variables are clearly identified and controlled

技能要求：

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in telecoms or electronic manufacturing industry...
• Experienced in designing and implementing business process improvement.
• Highly skilled in the tools and techniques of project and process management.
• Excellent presentation skills, able to construct and deliver material appropriate to the audience and situation.
• Strong customer orientation, influence, applied creativity, technical & professional expertise, listening, responding and building trust with internal and external customers.
• English and Mandarin as working language.
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Project or similar, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
• Formal certification (Six Sigma - Green Belt, PMP, Business processes) is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in procurement is a request.
