• Strong computer and typing skills;

• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent customer service orientation, attention to detail, and organizational abilities;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
○ Preferred:
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
