（1）美国ITC正式对光伏连接器及其组件启动337调查

2023年6月5日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定光伏连接器及其组件（Certain Photovoltaic Connectors and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1365）。

2023年5月4日，美国Shoals Technologies Group, LLC of Portland, Tennessee向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号10,553,739、10,992,254），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。

2022年11月16日，美国Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc.、美国AGIS Software Development LLC向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号8,213,970、9,467,838、9,445,251、9,749,829、9,820,123），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
