惊艳亮相: 2021服贸会爱尔兰主宾国展馆长这样 ——

爱尔兰驻华大使馆荣幸宣布，爱尔兰将担任2021年中国国际服务贸易交易会（2021年服贸会）主宾国！

The Embassy of Ireland in China is pleased to announce that Ireland has been selected as the Country of Honour at the 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services (2021 CIFTIS).

中国国际服务贸易交易会（简称“服贸会”）是由中华人民共和国商务部和北京市人民政府共同主办的服务贸易领域综合性展会，是中国对外开放的重要窗口。

The China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) is a comprehensive fair with special focus on trade in services. It is co-organised by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality. CIFTIS is an important window for the opening up of Chinese service industry.

欧盟成员国爱尔兰是服务贸易强国，并一直将出口作为经济发展的引擎。2020年爱尔兰服务贸易出口总额达2620亿美元，在OECD 国家中排名第四。中爱双边服务贸易总额逐年稳步增长，服务贸易领域合作前景十分广阔。爱尔兰一直积极参与服贸会的各项活动。2018与2020年我们曾成功组建服贸会爱尔兰国家馆展台，中国副总理胡春华和北京市市委书记蔡奇曾亲临展馆，并对爱尔兰予以赞誉。

Ireland is a member of the European Union and has a strong services sector, with trade in services exports as an engine of its economic growth. In 2020, Ireland's total trade in services exports reached US$262 billion, ranking fourth among OECD countries. The total bilateral trade in services between Ireland and China has been growing steadily year on year and the prospects for cooperation in services sectors are very promising. Ireland has been an active participant in CIFTIS, in 2018 and 2020 we successfully organized the CIFTIS Irish National Pavilions, which received various senior figures including Vice-Premier of China Mr. Hu Chunhua and Party Secretary of Beijing Cai Qi.

爱尔兰非常荣幸能受邀以主宾国的身份参与2021年服贸会。位于国家会议中心国别展区E1-04的爱尔兰主宾国展馆，将由爱尔兰驻华使馆和四个爱尔兰国家机构—爱尔兰食品局、爱尔兰贸易科技局、爱尔兰投资发展局与爱尔兰旅游局联合举办。这是四个爱尔兰国家机构首次在服贸会舞台高规格齐亮相。爱尔兰驻华团队希望充分利用这一宝贵契机，从旅游胜地、顶级农业食品、独特文化体验、投资目的地、高科技创新及高等教育等维度全方位介绍爱尔兰国家形象和产业实力，向服贸会参展参会人充分士展现爱尔兰这一翡翠之岛的独特魅力。

Ireland is honoured to be invited as County of Honour at the 2021 CIFTIS. Located at E1-04 of the CNCC, the Ireland Country of Honour Pavilion will be hosted by the Embassy of Ireland in China and four Irish State Agencies - Bord Bia, Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland, and Tourism Ireland, representing the full team participation in CIFTIS for the first time. Team Ireland in China hopes to make the most of this valuable opportunity to highlight to CIFITIS visitors the charm of Ireland-- the Emerald Isle - famous for its picturesque landscape, agri-food, unique cultural experiences, investment attractions, high-tech and innovation, and of course education opportunities.

爱尔兰是世界知名的农业大国，农副产品出口到全球180多个国家和地区，在对外贸易中发挥着重要作用。爱尔兰生产的食品85%都用于出口。目前，中国是爱尔兰五大食品出口市场之一，同时也是爱尔兰的第三大乳品和第二大猪肉出口市场。2020年度爱尔兰至中国市场的农业食品出口总额达到了8.6亿欧元，其中至大陆地区的食品出口总额同比增长了2%，乳品出口同比增长7.9%，达到了4.9亿欧元；猪肉出口同比增长14.5%，将近2亿欧元；酒类出口增长表现最为强劲，同比增长23.9%，达636万欧元。步入后疫情时代，中国消费者的消费观念发生了转变，他们更加追求健康的生活方式和生活理念，对食品的溯源、品质及安全也更加重视——而天然的原料、优异的产品品质和严格的食品安全管控，正是爱尔兰整个农业板块的优势，也是爱尔兰长期以来对传统农业进行持续科技创新、同时在环保及可持续发展领域不断加码的成果。爱尔兰食品局（Bord Bia，见附录2）将在该展区阐述由爱尔兰政府发起的食品可持续发展计划—绿色本源项目理念，并在展区内展示肉类，海鲜，乳制品等优质食品，以及两款中欧互认地理标识认证产品—爱尔兰威士忌和爱尔兰奶油利口酒。

Agriculture/Food is the most important indigenous industry in Ireland with 85% of Ireland's food products exported to more than 180 countries and regions around the world, act as a pillar of the country's overall foreign trade. China is one of Ireland's top-five food export markets, third-largest dairy export market, and second-largest pork export market. Ireland's agri-food exports to the Chinese market amounted to €860 million in 2020，with total food exports to the mainland increased by 2%, among which dairy exports increased by 7.9% year on year to 490 million Euros, Pork exports rose 14.5% year on year to nearly 200 million Euros, alcohol exports showed the strongest growth, up 23.9% year on year to €6.36 million. Entering the post-pandemic era, we see obvious changes in Chinese consumers' consumption habits, they are more in pursuit of a healthy lifestyle and raising expectations on traceability, quality, and safety of food. Natural raw materials, excellent product quality, and strict food safety control are the advantage of the agri-food sector in Ireland and that is also a result of Ireland's long-term continuous scientific and technological innovation, as well as its continuous efforts in environmental protection and sustainable development.  Irish food bord-Bord Bia (see appendix 2) will man this area with an emphasis on the Irish government's Origin Green program (first nationally designated food sustainability program in the world), and will also be showcasing a comprehensive range of quality products that have already gained access to the Chinese market - dairy, meat, and seafood - and the two Geographical Indication products: Irish whiskey and cream liqueur.

爱尔兰拥有世界上最好的教育体系之一，自中世纪以来就以其高质量和可及性而闻名。它在教育方面的优良传统得到了全世界的广泛认可。爱尔兰的高等教育体系涵盖了所有常用科目，拥有软件与信息工程、金融、医药、生物工程等享誉世界的专业。爱尔兰是一个讲英语的国家，学习和生活环境安全友好，并且高度重视创业精神，学生毕业后最多可享24个月的工作签证支持，吸引着来自世界各地的人才。本次展览将介绍爱尔兰的高等教育体系和独特优势，包括都柏林大学、科克大学、唐道克理工学院、爱尔兰国家学院和都柏林国际预科学院五所大学和学院将亮相爱尔兰国家展团。该展区由爱尔兰教育推广署 （Education in Ireland，见附录3）组织呈现。

Education in Ireland is among the best in the world and has been renowned for its high quality and accessibility since the Middle Ages. The tradition of excellence in education is widely recognized around the world. Ireland's higher education system covers all the commonly used subjects: software and information engineering, finance, medicine, biological engineering to name a few. It is an English-speaking country with a safe and friendly study and living environment. There is a focus on entrepreneurship there, and the study visa supports 2 years of work time post-graduation. This has attracted talents from all over the world. In this exhibition, Education in Ireland will provide an overview of Ireland’s higher education system and unique advantages with showcase from Five universities and colleges: UCD, UCC, DKIT, NCI and DIFC. This area will be managed by Education in Ireland (see Appendix 3).

说到爱尔兰，大家会想到什么？爱尔兰人闻名于世的热情友好，丰富的文化遗产，还是苍翠的自然风光？尽管爱尔兰的国土面积不大，但是我们的城镇、村庄活力四射。传统又鲜活的音乐舞蹈，美术馆展览，手工艺品商店，或是探寻历史人物的踪迹，都会令游客感到不虚此行。如果你是户外与探险爱好者，爱尔兰再适合不过。无论是在大西洋海岸挥杆高尔夫，还是来到森林湖畔远足，一定让你乐不思蜀。爱尔兰旅游局 （Tourism Ireland ，见附录4）利用多媒体技术，在主宾国展台尽力呈现爱尔兰的万千美景，给服贸会的观众提供身临其境般的沉浸体验。与此同时，爱尔兰岛也和全体旅业已做好万全准备，当国际旅游重启之时，爱尔兰岛将是安全、友好及游客度假首选的目的地。我们迫不及待，在不久的将来欢迎中国游客的到来。

Ireland is famed for its hospitality, our people, cultural legacy, and the vivid greenness of our landscape. Despite the relatively small size of Ireland, our cities, towns, and villages hum with activity and life, including live music and dance, art galleries, craft shops, and where one can tread in the footsteps of our famous historical figures. If you are looking for adventure. Ireland is the right place to come. One day you’re golfing at the edge of the Atlantic, the next you’re ziplining through a forest or hiking through the hills. Tourism Ireland (Appendix 4) will present a wide range of picturesque views of Ireland at our Country of Honour pavilion, making full use of multimedia technology to provide an immersive experience for our visitors. As international travel begins to restart, we will be pulling out all the stops to promote the island of Ireland as a safe, welcoming, and ‘must-see’ destination across the world. We can’t wait to roll out the green carpet and welcome back our Chinese visitors.

爱尔兰古老而独特的文化可追溯至七千年前。爱尔兰以其文学领域的巨大成就闻名于世，不仅贡献了贝克特、叶慈、萧伯纳、谢默斯·希尼、奥斯卡·王尔德、詹姆斯·乔伊斯等文学巨匠，也有许多活跃在当代英文写作领域的代表性作家。爱尔兰民族独具特色的音乐和舞蹈在世界范围内影响力巨大，以酋长乐队、小红莓、恩雅、西城男孩和男孩地带的歌曲是一代人心中的经典，大河之舞更是作为爱尔兰音乐和舞蹈的集大成之作登上了全球各地的顶级舞台。风景壮阔优美的爱尔兰岛，不仅吸引着来自全世界的游客，也常常作为取景地出现在影视剧作品中。近年来，爱尔兰本土制作的电影更是屡屡获得国际青睐。动画电影作为爱尔兰电影的一块活招牌，独特唯美的二维画面、温暖的色调、手绘的线条和充满力量的故事，为全世界的观众献上了爱尔兰专属的艺术作品。

由爱尔兰驻华使馆文化处主持的文化体验展区，可谓是主宾国展台最有爱尔兰民族特色的一隅，我们邀请的爱尔兰踢踏舞演员，将在展会现场复制大河之舞的“名场面”；观众们还可以在我们搭建的“圣三一图书馆”里浏览经典和现代爱尔兰文学代表作；在独特的“基尔肯尼城堡”迷你影院，观赏以这座城堡为背景的动画电影《狼行者》，四周墙壁上是爱尔兰参与制作的历年佳片，给热爱电影的朋友整理了一份爱尔兰片单。

Ireland's ancient and unique culture dates back to 7,000 years ago. Ireland is famous for its great achievements in the field of literature, it contributes to the world literary giants as Beckett, Yeats, George Bernard Shaw, Sheamus Heaney, Oscar Wilde, and James Joyce but also a collective of writers who are active in the field of contemporary English writing. The unique music and dance of the Irish nation have been influential, with songs by The Chieftains, The Cranberries, Enya, Westlife, and Boyzone being classics for a generation. Riverdance, as a masterpiece of Irish music and dancing, is extremely popular and highly praised all over the world.

Hosted by the Cultural Section of the Embassy of Ireland, the Cultural Experience Section of the Country of Honour Pavilion is where the visitors can enjoy tastes of characteristic Irish flavours. Visitors can watch Irish dancers replicating famous scenes from the popular River Dance show, browse through classic and modern Irish literature in our 'Trinity College Long Room’ book corner, or enjoy the Cartoon Saloon animated film "WolfWalkers" in the unique 'Kilkenny Castle' mini-cinema (the story of the movie set around the Kilkenny Castle). The posters hanging on the inner walls of the castle are from classic films with Irish connection; and a list of must-see Irish films has been compiled for those who love film.

2021服贸会期间，爱尔兰还将举办题为 “充满机遇的爱尔兰，通往欧洲的门户”国家推介会。推介会上，爱尔兰驻华大使安黛文阁下将介绍爱尔兰经济现状，爱中两国在贸易，投资，创新，教育，农业/食品，旅游文化等诸多领域的合作进展。爱尔兰贸易科技局，爱尔兰食品局，爱尔兰投资发展局，爱尔兰旅游局四家国家机构的中国区主管及高级别代表将向来宾着重推荐各相关领域的具体合作机遇。

During the 2021 CIFTIS Embassy of Ireland in China will also host a Country Promotional Seminar on September 3, Irish Ambassador to China, H.E. Ms. Ann Derwin, will make a comprehensive introduction on Ireland followed by a detailed presentation by China Directors and Senior Representatives of four of our  state agencies, with hopes of highlighting the opportunities for further cooperation between Ireland and China in various areas.

除上述主宾国亮点外，12 家爱尔兰机构和企业也将充分利用本届服贸会的特色云展厅远程参展。

In addition, twelve organisations and enterprises will participate remotely making full use of the innovative cloud exhibition platform of CIFTIS.
