Stupid Tax
Stupid Tax这个表达可以说是非常直白了，很明显地表达了这个词的含义。
Urban Dictionary中对它的定义是：the price you pay for ignorance表示因无知而花的钱，也可以说是为你的愚蠢买单。
例：
“Dude, I just got conned!"
"NP bro, you just paid your stupid tax. Live and learn."
“兄弟，我刚被骗了！”
“没事儿的朋友，交了点智商税而已。活到老学到老。”
premium
在《麦克米伦高阶英汉双解词典》中，premium的释义有：an amount of money paid in addition to the usual amount表示附加费的意思，也可以是“溢价、加价”的意思。
例：
Customers are required to pay a premium for this service.
顾客按要求应支付这项服务的附加费.。
此外，premium 还有一个释义是：premium prices are higher than usual 表示“高价的；比普通价格高的”。
例：
People are willing to pay premium prices for quality products.
人们愿意花高价购买优质产品。

tariff 在《韦氏词典》中的英文释义有：a schedule of duties imposed by a government on imported or in some countries exported goods 和a duty or rate of duty imposed in such a schedule也就是“关税”。

property tax
property tax在《韦氏词典》中的释义是：a tax levied on real or personal property，即针对不动产或个人财产征收的“房产税”。

房产税通常是针对房地产征收的税款。
income tax
income tax 在《韦氏词典》中的英文释义是：a tax on the net income of an individual or a business，也就是我们所说的“所得税”。
