2022年12月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定功率半导体以及包含该功率半导体的移动设备和计算机（Certain Power Semiconductors, and Mobile Devicesand Computers Containing Same，调查编码：337-TA-1308）作出337部分终裁：终止本案调查，向美国Vive Health LLC d/b/a Coretech of Naples, FL发布同意令。其余三家列名被告此前已达成和解。
2022年5月31日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定气动压缩装置及其组件（Certain Pneumatic Compression Devices and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1316）。
2022年4月29日，美国Precision Holdings USA Inc. of Rocklin, California、美国Innovamed Health LLC of San Antonio, Texas向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号10,058,475、10,912,704 ），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
美国ManaMed Inc. of Las Vegas, NV、中国香港Grandway Healthcare Limited of Kwun Tong, Kowloon,Hong Kong、美国Vive Health LLC d/b/a Coretech of Naples, FL、美国Medline Industries Inc. of Northfield, IL为列名被告。
